2015 Update:
After Uni High, I attended U C Berkeley and graduated with a BA in Zoology. This was followed by time at the USC Marine Lab on Catalina studying Marine Mammal diving reflex with the Dept of Physiology at USC. I went on to get an MD at USC and trained postgrad at County USC Medical Center 74' to 78'. I practiced ENT/Head and Neck Surgery in Santa Monica at St John's Hospital for 30+ years.
I "retired" in 2008 and moved to Lake Tahoe. That lasted only an instant and I began working part time at Barton Hospital at South Shore where I am Chief of Surgery and Director of Surgical Services. I am actively skiing all winter and SCUBA diving around the globe in the off season from snow sports.
My daughter got married last summer so it's just my wife, Nancy, me, and our two Labrador retrievers enjoying the Sierra these days.
I enjoy the updates from old Uni Hi classmates -- we have an interesting group who had a marvelous period of time to grow up in WLA. It's gratifying to see so much success and so many interesting lives come out of the Uni Hi experience.
Best regards to all my old classmates and friends.
