Here is what has happened to me since I graduated:
I graduated from UCLA in 1968 with a BA, major in Spanish, Minor in
Humanities and French.
I earned my teaching Credential in 1969. That same year I married Abraham
Presser.
I taught elementary school in Los Angeles for 10 years while I was having my
family.
I have 4 children, David, 33, Eric, 31, Tammie, 28 and Beth, 21.
We moved to Santa Barbara, CA. in 1985 and we have lived here ever since. I
have taught Elementary School here since then. I have now taught
Kindergarten for 18 years and I love what I do.
My best friends throughout my life have been the three girls I was best friends with at UniHi. They graduated the year before I did in '64: Lily (Dora) Valdes, Elisa (Betty) Williamson and Angelina Mercado.
I will always remember Mrs. Vidal, who was my school counselor when I
arrived from Mexico City, knowing very little English. She believed in me
and scheduled my classes so that I would be able to enter UCLA.
Regards,
Molly Prum Presser
